Quality
I doubt that their is much functional difference with this aluminum model compared with the stainless steel model.
And oh yah, i will use and do appreciate the little cooking booklet that came with the cooker.
The quality seems really good, in fact it exceeded what i was expecting.
I am a little concerned about the handles and flames but only time will tell.
Price
I bought this cooker because of its size and price.

It comes with a very comprehensive manualcookbook and the buyer is advised to read it thoroughly and heed its directions

If you cook with a blocked vent tube or overheat it and the fuse plug melts it is your fault not hawkins
