The only problem my mother faces is being heavy she cannot lift it with one hand and since no wooden covering in hands or otherwise to hold it she needs to be really careful while picking it up as the side handles become hot

Not for you if you like to flip your rotis on stove heat and if you roll your rotis and heat them simultaneously then removing tawa and placing it again and again will be a problem as it will require use of both hands that too with a cloth
