Pros

Old unit can be used to make a screw on plug for cleaning the new unit. With our water, only lasts two to three years, but it does work well and eliminates adding chlorine except for hot summer months.

Cons

The warranty on the box says 3 years, hayward says it's only 1 year. Amazon want a restocking fee of $36 for a faulty product. The t-3 cell is an inadequate product poorly supported by its manufacturer. The warranty didn't last 18 months and warranty ... Read More

This page is not a real hayward store! Removing the cell showed massive amounts of build up. It is a huge oversight, and one that should be corrected immediately. But - here is what really ticks me off.
