Pros
Although this tube is small and more expensive than competitor products, this is the best i have found. I feel like a fool, but since no one read it but me, i look like a genius.
Just a thin coating on the moving parts such as the threads on the pool filter or strainer basket rim, lasts all season for me. This is very thick and seals great.
After years of ignoring the directions about lubricating gaskets after each use, i have a swimming pool i maintain. This was used on my polaris in pool. This lubricant is a must in case of a pool bulb replacement or filter housing gasket replacement.

Works as expected and continues to provide smooth on/off of all our pool equipment screw together parts.
This lube was great to get the pump lid to fasten well and not leak water all out!
I've been struggling like a fool trying to get that damn lid on and off.
It does not wash off like other products either.
Price
I thought i'd order another tube to have it on hand, but it's gone up over 10 bucks.
Pricey for what you get, but it works really well
