It is not and failed after 5 months destroying a very costly led bulb. These are not real hayward products they are much more narrow and made of a different type rubber as the genuine hayward. I'm sure they will be leaking in no time.

The seal worked but only because i used magiclube oring conditioner on the front and rear seal areas prior to installing
