Pros & Cons
Pros
Replacement is very easy, very prompt service. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and grasp the old ones at the end and pull them out.
No signs of unusual bristle loss/wear after a full season of use. I make sure and rinse it with tap water after using so that maybe the bristles won't fall off like previous years. Saved a great deal being able to replace brushes.
Cons
It is impossible to remove the old brushes. Absolute junk. Hayward obviously no longer cares about making a quality product.

Price
I liked the brand, but didn't want to pay $50+ for a new vac head.
