Pros

One drawback, for me at least, is it is a little clumsy to carry. This thing is sturdy and doesn't wobble or tip.

Easy to fold. Easy to assemble with provided wrenches. Changing the smoke alarms and the furnace filters were done easily and safely.

The hand rail gives security for us older folks. It's very sturdy and the rails really help make it safer.

Delivered promptly. A great product. Very satisfied.

Cons

Sloppy workmanship. Upper molded section of each railing was rotated away and back from the body of the ladder. Received a faulty product.
