I tried multiple ways and the design of the moulded tabs do not align with the “hooks” on the elastic straps.

It does just barely fit files only standard products will work with this security bin

However i didnt realize how very heavy it was and i couldnt even pick it up so unfortunately i had to return it

I like the simple key lock howevrr the flange the lock is set in seems really flimsy and it is hard to get your hand around it to get it open

It will hold hanging file folders but you cannot put a whole lot in there or the top will not close down very good
