Pros

The hde k9 raincoat is very high quality & is much better looking with brighter colors than appears on the pink with yellow ducks. The velcro straps are very strong and the material is very lightweight. The reflective band works awesome.

Small size is very roomy for my 9-1/2lb. There is a loop for the leash, but it works better with a harness then a collar.

My dog hates the rain! He has no problems wearing his raincoat on rainy days. Lenny loves his new rain jacket!

Cons

Seems to me a raincoat should be waterproof. My border collie got soaked.
