Pros

Small size is very roomy for my 9-1/2lb. Labrador. Xl fits great. The velcro straps are very strong and the material is very lightweight. There is a loop for the leash, but it works better with a harness then a collar.

The hde k9 raincoat is very high quality & is much better looking with brighter colors than appears on the web. The reflective band works awesome. The color/print is very nice and crisp.

Cons

I'm very disappointed because it's so cute. It's still just as wrinkly. It is generous of cut. Terrible design.
