I havent personally done a comparison test between the two but ive been using one of these for a little more than a year and its only had some trouble a couple times where it seems that the wires inside stop working when the cable is bent at extreme angles for extended periods of time

I would have to disconnectreconnect the cable a couple times to get it working right where the display shows up with no lines every now and then but it is reliable for the most part
