It sat on my windowsill not moving until i read the reviews here and you have to put it in sunlight indirect outdoors works or under direct lamplight

Like some others i was puzzled by the lack of instructions or an onoff switch as it didnt automatically come on under fluorescent office lights but after placing under a uv light it began turning instantly

I would like to have a larger turntable surface but im not sure if the solar power would be strong enough and covering this one with a larger homemade turntable would block the light source

You need to pull the battery to turn it off

If using ambient or solar light as a power source there is no way to turn it off other than blocking or removing the light source
