Quality
I am extremely happy with the tester.
Awesome tool, i am very pleased with the hde universal digital tester.
Make the 9v port attachable instead of contact only, it's kinda hard to keep the 9v battery in constant contact with the port.
This tester works well for it's purpose, i would suggest two improvements:1.
Price
Works fine, price is great, just took awhile to arrive.
Packaging/appearance
I also like the packaging is minimal (simply shipped in a bubble envelope and a clear plastic bag with a tag).
Have some indication on the digital display to indicate the battery's capacity is full/low/empty.
Competitiveness
The digital read out is easier to understand than the old good-no good scale.

I was trying to figure out how i was going to remember what levels the batteries read to tell you their life span and then realized there was a chart imprinted on the back of the product to tell you what levels are good or bad based on the type of battery you are testing

The bad no instructions were includedalthough its self explanatory i see some people having problems trying to follow where and how to insert the various types of batteries for testing

Testing button batteries can be problem with dmm as the meter coild drain the tested batteries charge not so with this tester

Minor design flaw is that very difficult to test small button batteries
