I purchased mine to wear as a highwaisted skirt the sizes are not for high waisted skirts i ordered a size up for length and bc i am bottomheavyskirt quality is get what you pay for

Then the metallic color and just become a sliver skirt with missing metallic coloring from where it bunched up

It was a little loose by the waist but the small would’ve been too tight

Only cons are that it arrived wrinkly and stayed wrinkled and the skirt is bit bigger than i like
