Pros
Hdmi passthru goes to projector. Comes with usb cable to power the unit. Allows me to plug my bluray players hdmi into the neoteck hdmi imput.
The unit amplifies and strengthens the hdmi signal and ensures lossless playback. Make sure the slider switch is set to 5:1 on the box. Great sound quality when streaming.
Cons
The dac is terrible. The image is obscure. Don't waste your money and time. Swiftly returned awaiting refund. Couldn't be bothered to return it as it would probably be recycled.

The only criticism i have is that it should come with a short hdmi cable to allow you to plug play straight out of the box.
The issue was that the ohp couldn't export the sound from the firestick.
Competitiveness
Worked like a charm and carried a 120fps signal over hdmi 2.
The neoteck hdmi audio extractor worked perfectly for this.
The audio extractor makes it possible to set up a firestick through a sound system & visual only monitor bringing netflix to our tv.
I wanted to pull audio from a firestick to a surround sound amp.

When they changed to another tv company the existing rca outputs needed to connect to the loop box werent there

This box simply connected to the hdmi so the rca connectors have somewhere to connect to

This was easily achieved using a google chromecast which worked excellently until i realised that the monitor doesnt have any builtin sound

So i then bought the neoteck hdmi splitter and found i could easily plug this in between the chromecast and the monitor routing the audio out to some active speakers
