This device is a life saver for anyone who loves technology. There's also a simple remote and ir extender. Out of all the settings/functions, it’s the scaling options that are likely the options that you’d have permanently selected anyway.

High tech quality hdmi splitter supplied with a smart remote but no hdmi cables.
It appears really sturdy, supports all the essential tech like arc, dolbyvision, spdif, hdr, etc.
This will cause issues with higher bandwidth signals.

The price of this splitter is £99.
99 at the moment, which is a bit high price ,but it does the job well.
I think overall the value for money is good because it does exactly what i need it to do without any fuss so i recommend it.
Packaging/appearance
The hdmi splitter by ezcoo came well packaged with the required 5v ac adapter housing and an attachable uk power plug.
On getting a new cable box, i was experiencing an issue where any dolby audio was out of sync when using my sonos beam gen 1 soundbar.
I originally bought this on a suspicion it would solve an issue i had with my cable (virgin) box.

I've gone from sky q into the first hdmi on the splitter and then split to the samsung and the tv dinning room on hdmi out 1&2.
Neither samsung or yamaha have been able to solve this issue.
Whilst not cheap, it is a lot cheaper than the well known alternative.

Despite lot of online reviews saying this was the case the cable provider denied there was an issue so i was stuck with stereo pcm defeating the purpose of a soundbar

The only downside is that if content is playing when i turn my tv off the sound continues playing so it means i need to put my cable box onto standby which is a bit annoying as it means i cant use the alexa voice controls to turn the tv off without manually then going for the cable remote

In my case i have a sonos beam gen 2 which only has a hdmi earc connection and you need that to get dolby true hd lossless audio

The ac power adapter has a unique construction and needs to be twisted with a bolt for a ultra secure connection
