I see no different in picture quality when using this switch.
With the click of a button, i can choose to view one or the other, and i can switch between the two, very easily.
Price
The price is competitive with the previous model, and that gives this one a leg up on the competition.
Competitiveness
Added a 2nd tv to my pc setup to stream movies away from desk.
Works as expected, have the input coming from my pc to on line 1 to tv, and line2 to my pc moniter.

It looks like the pictures and is functioning normally so far having been tested for normal viewing on the 1080p tv

Took a star off because while the casing seems extremely solid the switch mechanism sounds like thin metal
