I ordered this to split virgin v6 signal to 4k tv and 1080p tv splitter around house

Once connected found that if 1080p tv connected then cannot get 4k signal on other tvif i disconnect 1080p tv then 4k works

Can only assume it can only supply 1 type of signalreturned product and ordered 4k 60 hrz model ie dearer one and that works fine and cansupply multiple signal to different hdmis
