I dont have any 8k devices so i wasnt able to test those features but pretty much everything else has been passed through it both audio formats and video resolutionsframe rates

But you need to keep in mind that whenever there are multiple pieces of equipment in play its really a system and every system is only as good as its weakest link

My test was streaming strangers things on netflix to see if the blacks really came out darker and the good news is that there is noticeably more contrast so im giving it the green light on dolby vision
