Simple to operate, nice simple display and a good quality product!
It was easy to setup and still kept all the picture & audio quality.
The dealer was very helpful and replaced the remote but this too didn't work so maybe there is something wrong with the device itself.
Just make sure you plug it into with the ac adapter provided and it'll work wotth those.
Packaging/appearance
It is very easy to set up as you simply have to plug it in and then plug in the hdmi's.

Ive got my humax freesat box roku 4 xbox one s and xiaomi mi android box all going through this beast with no issues

There lies the problem at least with this example the remote didnt work which meant switching had to be done by the button on the box

Works fantisticly however it could be a bit bigger so the wires are less cramped and the remote is of poor quality

Its a brilliant device for switching between my now tv box two free satilite recorders amazon prime stick and one freeview twin tuner remote has buttons 1 to 5 to press for required device
