Product works as advertised except may be for the svideo. As opposed to the usb c to vga adapters all over the market, this actually works because my 2005 projector gets all hung up on the new encoding and can't hold a picture from the new vga adapter... Read More
No degrading of the picture and sound. Still giddy seeing baby videos and other memories.
A tip about using this product. This works perfectly for exactly what i needed. It feels like it will last me a long time.
Cons
Av red/yellow/white adapter has no ends to plug into my dvd player. When in connected, it back-feeds information through the splitter and tries to install software in the pc. Poor video quality and grainy.
Btw, returning the item was really easy. Asked for help from support and am still waiting for a replay. Plan to return item.

Worked fine and gave good video from camcorder svideoav to hdmi 1080p tv
Tv too old to reset settings and input is streaming to four other hdtv so cant adjust settings on that part either

Its pretty inexpensive simple to use and it gets the job done
With this converter i am now able to use what had become a very expensive piece of wall art
I found a laser disk player for 30 and used this to put it on a 75” 4k tv lol

Gizmos like this use big name chipsets so if they get the design spec soldering and so forth right they’ll work perfectly

Indicates that his pictures show that this and most all converter svideo plugs wont fit into your tvs svideo jack

He shows the cable ends plugs but negates showing the jack they plug into

Fact is both of those cable plugs will plug into the corresponding tv svideo jack regardless of the crimps that he points out
