It seems that it works fine with obs and doesn't really have any issues with detecting it.
I am running a brand new dell xps with an i7, 16gb ram, and 1tb ssd which should not be something with the computer.

The only problem that i have is when i pull the input into propresenter

It took several tries to get it to detect the video input changing the resolution from within the program

Considering it is working fine with obs my guess is it is a propresenter issue

I checked the manual which is online only and it had some recommended settings to use with obs
