It is better, but even with the smallest ones my ears fatigue after a few hours.

Noise cancelling is about as good as you can generally expect with in-ear headphones rather than over-ear, does the job well.
Pretty cool better than any other i've bought in the same price range.
Separation for such a small device is fairly good but the v20 doesn't seem as spacious as the fiio x5 3rd gen is.

I also think the wire that loops over your ear makes them a lot more comfortable to wear i was apprehensive at first but they quickly molded to my ears and dont get in the way of my glasses
