Even though my smartphone is more than capable of being a pedometer it even has a builtin app for that the nuyu app is incapable of recording steps from your phone you need to use their fitness watch

Since im not willing to wear a fitness watch just to get this feature when my phone is already perfectly capable of doing so i lose out on most of the great features of the nuyu app

I would at least settle for the ability to manually enter the number of steps i took in a given day so i can use the app to track all my fitness metrics but sadly it doesnt have that option

I have not used the app that will sync to the scale because i already log everything into myfitnesspal
