Pros

Using it as a cleanse or a daily dietary supplement, this product works very well. Combine this with the super colon cleanse for a deeper cleanse that wont cramp the stomach.

Price is steep, but what is your digestive health worth to you? Love the taste of the pineapple. Takes a bit of getting used to as far as texture goes but worth it!

Cons

This stuff is nothing but gelatin. Feels like swallowing jelly or really thick spit. I'm sorry but a gritty fiber powder is a serious turn off.
