Pros

Health regimen has always been healthy. Says to take 2 teaspoons a day. Make sure to take magnesium in case there are any blockages that might lead to cramping or other side effects.

This does the trick with the least amount of pain, imo. Has always worked. Wand blend it and * it before it thickens. Works gently and so far as i can tell, thoroughly.
