They’re pretty easy to swallow (i have issues with swallowing pills) and don’t have any issues either.
I am especially happy that i've gotten rid of the annoying allergy dry cough that i get and i sleep well during the night.
They work gently and are not addictive.
I had to puncture them & squash them down slightly to be able to swallow them without getting stuck in my throat.
