One of the best on the market. Works better than 20 million one from holland and barrett. Good for the price as you tend to pay a lot more more for the 10, 20 or 50 billion tablets. Those one work amazing, even though it's only 4 million.
I've been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. Helps and relieves all kinds of gastric/bowel issues. Comes in smooth capsules instead of the horrible chalky tablets.
