Pros
Tablets are large and i have to try a little harder to * them but they do the trick! Something i missed on my initial purchase, the tablets are 400mg each so if you want to hit the daily dosage as advertised the bottle will last you half as long.
Cons
There is no way of dosing accurately each day for 2/3 of the tablets. It is one of the cheapest forms of calcium so if you see it as a main ingredient, it is probably very poor quality product. Lots of broken pills in the bottle.

Bought to use post partum, seems good quality and i think it improved my calcium reserve as baby was definitely depleting it quickly.
Great to see they kept bulking agents to a minimum and 3 types of calcium to ensure maximum absorption.

Very difficult to swallow as tablets are quite big and two are needed per day.

Because they are uncoated and quite large they are hard to swallow

However if you have trouble swallowing tablets these are large and if left in the mouth i expect they will be chalky in taste and texture much like other tablets that are not coated

Arrived next day with amazon primeunlike other reviews i havent found these hard to swallow at all and can easily swallow 2 at the same time with a glass of water

I cant comment on how effective they are as i have only just started taking them but going by the ingredients they should be very effective
