Pros

Being a vegan it is important to find a reliable product. Arrived quickly before date given, well packaged. A great source of highly absorbable iron. I use that with vitamin d, and after a week it starts show the effect.

Cons

The box is also very dented and i suspect i have received someone else’s return. Therefore unsafe to use. Returning to amazon.
