I suffer from a serious vitamin d deficiency and especially in the winter months need to take high doses of the supplement to top up regular vitamin d injections

Through trial and error i discovered that vitamin d3 alone doesnt work for me whereas the combination of 1000iu of d2 and 1000iu of d3 alleviates most symptoms associated with this particular deficiency
