I just take two when i feel something coming and sometimes that enough other times i need to continue for a couple of days but never had a cold last longer than a few days since i take these

They also break up into powder when you chew them which them gets caught in your throat and makes you feel like you have a cough

Packaging says great tasting which they arent they are really sour

Cant comment on the effects i havent gotten ill but i rarely do anyway
