Because this is a plant product ill also throw out there that you shouldnt leave it wet for extended periods of time like sitting in a puddle in sink as this will warp or even mold the bamboo

Wish the grove was larger however i assume it is because of the thickness of the bamboo and not wanting to have any seams exposed to the food so they may not be able to cut that deep as they would cut through the top surface piece

For those who stated that the label was glued to the board it was not anymore wrapped in plastic with label over plastic
