Filling is firm so that it provides more support to the lumbar spine. Its vibration is great for a sore back or on low to just relax. I really like this product and would recommend to anyone who suffers from sciatica.

Saw these at a farmers market. Added bonus are the color selections. Arrived earlier than expected.

The pillow is really hard so i wouldn't recommend laying your head on it. The battery is hard to install because of how small the battery compartment is. Worthless design.
