The capsules do carry some certifications and this bottle will last for a month (one capsule, twice a day regime).
I have been using it for a week now and not noticing any improvements.

The price isn't out of line for an almost 2 month dosage for the supplement.
Shipping
Taken for a couple days and obviously haven’t seen much of a difference just yet.
Packaging/appearance
On balance, with a point deducted for some poor packaging, i am happy to give it four stars.

Guggul may significantly lower serum triglycerides and cholesterol as well as ldl and vldl cholesterols the “bad” cholesterols
