Pros

Tried this on a whim for receding hair. My hair grows faster and is very thick. Way more than any shampoo or conditioner could ever do.

Nails are stronger, and not as brittle. My nails grow so quickly that i actually have a manicurists who marvels at my nails.

Best value for your money. I am never disappointed, worth every penny. I know it's going to get there though and i'm thrilled.

Cons

The taste is awful. The breakout isnt like acne but painful red spots on my face, eyelids, and neck. These are very expensive vitamins if you are supposed to take two capsules a day with only 30 capsules in the bottle and i paid $17.

They have the vitamin smell but nothing compared to the others i have tried!
