Pros

Tried this on a whim for receding hair. My hair grows faster and is very thick. Way more than any shampoo or conditioner could ever do.

Nails are stronger, and not as brittle. Less fallout and skin is not as dry plus nails are growing. My nails grow so quickly that i actually have a manicurists who marvels at my nails.

Best value for your money. I am never disappointed, worth every penny. I know it's going to get there though and i'm thrilled.

Cons

The taste is awful. They still break and peel! Cannot use. Women who claim their nails are growing like weeds (don't believe that myself) and whose hair is growing back or getting thicker.

These have a terrible smell and and dark spots, the expiration is still okay so i am not sure if they were left in the heat during shipping or in a hot warehouse. The packaging seems cheap, too, which leads me to think the ingredients are not authenti... Read More

They have the vitamin smell but nothing compared to the others i have tried!
