Easy to *. I have trouble swallowing pills and these are perfect. There is a strong aftertaste but i find it pleasant. I am never disappointed, worth every penny.

The taste is awful. They still break and peel! Vitamins have a horrible smell. These are very expensive vitamins if you are supposed to take two capsules a day.
