It has much more excercise and relaxation usage that i initially thought. Bought for my 11 yr old gymnast. I recommend this to anyone with a child that has a sensory processing disorder, moms with babies for snuggle time, for dancers, and yogi’s.

Comes with good carabiners and daisy chains. I like how it evenly distributes the weight as i hang so it doesn't feel too tight. The only downside is that the ceiling mounts are not included.
