The noise cancellation is minimal. They feel cheap. I'm back to using my cheap foam earplugs, which are cheap and work better. They are very soft eat plugs to sleep in but they cancel out minimal sound.

These earplugs do a good job of reducing volume while preserving sound quality.
The acoustic filtering does a great job of reducing all frequencies equally.
They mostly stay in place and block annoying noises, but still let me hear my alarm.
The smaller of the two included sizes fit my ears well, and i have worn them for 3+ hours with no discomfort.
