Good customer service may start when you buy but good customer service is when somethings not right and is taken care of properly with minimal fuss

These heat inserts seem to be quite strong once melted into the plastic but i found that the design makes them difficult to line up

Heat inserts should have tapered bottoms so they can sit in the hole that you melt them into but these have a hard lip that doesnt fit in smaller holes

Despite this you can use them by lifting them up with the soldering iron and lining it up that way but be careful to line it up properly first as these transfer heat quite well and will begin melting into the plastic very quickly

First and foremost hanglife is safer to use as it is plain old brass with no lead or cadmium so when you are done with them and they end up in the trash they will not pollute the environment
