I havent conducted a test to see how long but it seems like it could run on and off for a couple days

It does have the glowing light through the power button that stays on which can either be considered annoying or a nice conversation starter and when you power it off and dont unplug the battery the power button will glow for a second every 30 seconds or so to let you know the battery is connected which im assuming drains the battery quicker even though its turned off letting you know you should unplug the battery which is very easy to do

Maybe one other thing is although a powercharger cord is included which plugs into a wall charger with a usba head the other end that plugs into the battery is microusb

You might find that the padding doesn’t press in on the back of your neck when you really want it to
