I received this october 3rd and it already stopped working 11/12.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is on-point as it comes in a box that would be easy to wrap.
The box says the power cord is 7 feet long but i measured mine at a little over 10 feet.
Competitiveness
I have used similar types of heating pads in the past to reduce this pain with great success.
