Works well heats seems to help with the pain herniated disc but its not a very scientific way to check major drawbacks small pocket for battery usb cable looks flimsy so might break

I was surprise it fit my 54” waistpluged it in and it heated up quicklyit actually was a bit warm on high red setting so i turned it down to blue setting
