It's a nice cost effective, minimalist heat-sink for the cm4, not much more to say.
Competitiveness
It stays cooler than any of my intel computers, and all of my rpi3b+ and rpi4 which are generally around 130f.

I had to reverse the screws on the fan of the waveshare case for the cm4 io board for it to fit with the heat sink

Some other heat sinks just mount to the cm4 with screws not long enough to mount to a carrier board making it top heavy when mounted sideways
