Typically for women i say order true to size men i would suggest sizing up just to have it a bit more comfortable

I don’t put mine in the dryer so i don’t risk it shrinking the inside not being soft anymore

However i purchased a size small and the outside of the clear plastic had an as sticker on it but the grey gildan tag that’s attached the sweatshirt and was completely visible through the plastic was an adult medium
