Easy to cut to size with hacksaw. The adhesive works well. More than enough adhesive to stick the seal to the garage floor. Heavy duty sealant.
The finished look is good. Seller very helpful and responsive with any questions. It is messy but white spirit is an effective cleaner.
Overall and with patience, a neat job can be achieved. Outstanding job. Well worth the money.
After being plagued by water ingress, leaves and other bugs (not to mention the draught), my garage floor is now spotless. Purchased over a year ago now. Prevents leaves and water inggress.

Instructions are easy to follow it takes about 30 minutes in total if you take your time i marked out where the glue should go before applying and let it to set with the closed door applying the pressure to hold it in position
