The cloth looking cover looks durable. It is 1,000 times better than the recycled rubber hose! It remains to be seen how durable this soaker hose is. The usual black spongey kind that start to crumble before summer's over.

Lays down and stays in place. It stretches without twisting.

Cons

After one week, the inside liner has tears on the fold near the beginning of the hose and water now gushes out in that section. Will not fit any traditional hose repair fittings. The leak is not where an o-ring or anything would help.

This hose is total junk. Can't get a refund or replacement from seller.
