It is very flexible and stretchy. The silicone is a nice rubbery non-slip grip. The tape is pliable and conforms to the shape of the pipes.
This is a good way to protect antenna coax connections that are out in the weather. Used it to insulate spliced speaker wires. Great for emergency repairs.
The heavy-duty construction of the silicone tape adds to its reliability. This better boat brand is comparable to others i have used and seems fairly priced for 15 feet.

Application was easy, adhesion was superb, transparency makes it almost invisible and still holding up after several months.
Easy to use and after a few wraps around a pvc joint, our drip has been fixed.
I have had pipes sealed this way for over a week before i could actually do the proper repair and have not had a single leak!
It has no adhesive and is self-bonding or self-fusing to itself leaving no gummy or sticky residue.
Price
Those bills are very high, so this tape more than paid for itself in just this one application!
It's a bit pricey but worth it since no more leaks!

Amazon delivered the next day, so were hardly without the use of our sink and laundry.
