Solution put a dryer sheet under the insole and it stops the squeaking and you cant even tell the dryer sheet is in there

There not heavy duty as it claims and the top of the insole is very flimsy that it makes it a challenge to inset it into your shoes

Scholls inserts trimmed fairly easily and i like the fact that the edges dont fray
